We have succeeded in combining the ruggedness of the Calabrian mountains with Italian chic on
the BÄR last. “Altomonte” is a retro-look hiking boot made of water-repellent sturdy calfskin suede
or cowhide. Collar and tongue feature soft padding. The moisture-absorbing high-tech fabric lining
supports that perfect fit and ensures an optimum climate thanks to the climate-friendly removable
footbed with support for your joints with activated carbon.

Natural fit with a rubber sole with a sturdy tread, freedom for your toes and a zero heel that lightens
the load on your spine. There’s nothing we can do about the climate outside the shoe, though!
