A robust ankle boot that‘s also wonderfully light – that‘s a first! It‘s called "Cielo" and will make
walking heavenly. The secret lies in the genuine natural latex sole used throughout the extratourer®
range. This is made from pure latex, taken fresh from the rubber tree and moulded. As it dries, small
air pockets form which gently spring back with every step and support up to half your body weight.
The sole, which is raised around your big toe, protects your foot and the precious, rare moufflon leather.

"Cielo" is made on the classic BÄR last and ensures a comfortable generous toe zone and zero heel
to make you feel as if you are walking barefoot. Inside, it is lined with breathable, seam-free calfskin.
The five-eyelet lace-up fastening ensures a good fit. So, if you‘re looking for a genuine moccasin boot
that will also keep your feet warm in sub-zero temperatures, let your feet enjoy the best that nature can
offer! 1.5mm Poron® footbed. In a size 6 1/2, the shaft is 12.5cm high.

Nose sole

Outsole made of 100% pure natural latex. Unsurpassed in softness and flexibility. Cast by hand. The “nose” protects the big toe and is sewn on by hand.

Moufflon

Wild sheep, moufflons, found their way to us from Anatolia over 10,000 years ago. Moufflon leather, with its masculine earthy grain, reflects the inhospitable areas of land which gave the moufflons their sparse home. Every inch of the grain of the finished leather seems to tell a story.
