Ice, snow and piercing cold go almost unnoticed. “Ottawa” is the “Grizzly” of BÄR shoes: warm, sturdy
and resilient, just like the boots worn by Ottawa’s rangers and lumberjacks. Our shoemakers craft this
23-cm-high boot from 2mm waterrepellent nubuck cowhide on the traditional BÄR last with
zero heel and freedom for your toes. Inside, it is entirely lined with natural lambskin and woven
lambswool (80% new wool, 20% polyester) in the front foot area.
A side zip fastener makes these shoes easy to slip on and off. The cold from underneath has no way
of getting through the removable ISO felt footbed laid over the hunky slip-resistant rubber
Touring sole with its 7mm self-cleaning tread. A hard-wearing boot.
