Terms and Conditions

1 Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to receive the necessary materials, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

2 All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of BÄR GmbH until paid for in full by the customer.

3 All care and attention is given to ensure that technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy thereof and the customer relies on the same at his/her own risk.

4 We cannot accept goods that are returned to us soiled or damaged. To prevent damage customers are advised to remain indoors on a soft carpet while trying goods. Customers who damage goods will remain liable to settle their invoice in full.

5 Please check goods against order. Shortages, breakages and incorrect goods will be rectified if this office is notified within three working days of delivery.

6 No goods can be released to customers until payment has been received in full.

7 Prices are subject to our terms and conditions of business.

8 All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate applicable.

9 All business is accepted subject to our terms and conditions of business.

10 The limitations of printing may mean a slight variation in colour. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice.

11 The prices quoted in this catalogue are those at the time of printing. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered, including any alterations to V.A.T. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note.

12 This catalogue cancels all previous issues.

We will offer you expert advice on the best shoe for your personal needs. Our service can also give you more detailed information on sizes and fittings should you need them. This free service is available between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped promptly!

Shipping and Delivery
Our premium comfort footwear is shipped directly from our production facility in Germany. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If an item is not in stock due to high demand it may take some additional time to hand-craft your order.

Exchanges and Refunds
To return or exchange merchandise simply return your purchase in its original (unworn) condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please make sure to complete the return/exchange form on the right side of the packing slip/invoice that accompanies your order. We will either exchange the merchandise or credit your payment (refund cheque). Please follow the return procedure described in the shipment. Please note that we will not accept used, soiled or damaged shoes for exchange.

Method of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa and cheque. MASTERCARD VISA Please be sure to enter your entire credit card number, expiry date and sign the order form where indicated. Your credit card will not be charged until the day the merchandise is shipped. For security reasons, all cheques are presented to our bank on the day of receipt.
